For production support services, payment terms will be outlined in the specific contract or service agreement. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

For productions engaging our on-set wellbeing practitioners:
In the event of a critical incident on a production, our practitioners will provide immediate support in accordance with professional guidelines and the specific terms of the production agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solas Mind International Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including but not limited to:
